Crude POME Oil
(or Refined POME Oil)
with ISCC Certification and GHG Data Synchronization.
The journey of SAF often begins in sustainable plantations, where raw materials like POME oil, or other biomass sources, are cultivated.Responsible cultivation practices are paramount, ensuring minimal environmental impact and supporting biodiversity. This phase involves meticulous management to guarantee a consistent and ethical supply of feedstock.
At the refinery, the raw materials are transformed into SAF through advanced refining processes. These processes convert the feedstock into a fuel that meets the stringent specifications for aviation use. This crucial step involves complex chemical reactions and quality control measures to ensure the SAF's performance and safety.
Following cultivation, the raw materials are transported to storage facilities and processing plants. Here, the feedstock undergoes initial processing, which may include extraction, purification, and preparation for further refinement. This stage is crucial for maintaining the quality and consistency of the materials used in SAF production.
Once the initial processing is complete, the materials are dispatched via ships to the refineries. This stage of transportation must be performed with the highest levels of organization and care, in order to make sure that the raw materials arrive in perfect condition, to the refineries.Pks export from Melaka Tanjung bruas portProspect to construct a pome oil terminal 30kt – 60kt storage tanks for client
Upon arrival from maritime transport, the carefully sourced raw materials are transferred to client's refinery. This stage marks a pivotal point in the journey towards sustainable aviation. Here, through advanced refining processes, the feedstock undergoes critical transformations, adhering to the stringent specifications required for Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF). This involves meticulous procedures to ensure the final product not only meets but exceeds industry standards for performance and sustainability, paving the way for a cleaner, greener aviation future.
Finally, the refined SAF is transported to airports and used to refuel aircraft. This marks the culmination of the SAF production process, enabling airlines to reduce their carbon footprint and contribute to a more sustainable aviation industry. The SAF is ready to be used, in a regular jet engine, without the need of modifications.

Both ISCC and RSB certification schemes are recognized by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). These certifications are designed to align with compliance requirements for ICAO’s Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA), the European Union Renewable Energy Directive (EU RED), and voluntary market standards.
